Our women only classes are built around bespoke 12 week programmes, designed with women in mind and created to support your ever changing body, hormones, strength and fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, every workout can be adapted to suit you.

Your workout is exactly that: yours. Need a different exercise? Prefer lighter or heavier weights? We’ll help you find the right option so you can train confidently, safely and at your own pace.

We also offer an Open Gym membership for those who prefer the freedom to follow their own training programme and work out independently.

Open Gym gives you access to the CRUX gym during our available Open Gym hours, with a maximum of 3 clients booked into the gym per slot. That means more space, more privacy and no fighting over equipment.

Booking is essential, so simply book your slot, bring your headphones, stick on your favourite playlist and get to work.

We also offer kids classes, giving younger members the opportunity to get active, build strength and confidence, learn new skills and most importantly, have fun in a supportive environment.
